How long does production take?

Please allow 5–7 business days for production after payment is received. Larger orders and custom design requests may require additional time.

When do image-cookie orders ship?

Standard image-cookie orders ship on Tuesdays via UPS. Shipping transit time is additional to production time.

What shipping options are available?

Available UPS services and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Does expedited shipping shorten production time?

No. Expedited shipping only shortens the time the package is in transit. It does not shorten baking, decorating, printing, drying, or packaging time.

When should I order for an event?

Order early enough for your cookies to arrive before the event date. Carrier delays can occur, so we recommend allowing additional delivery time whenever possible.

Are rush orders available?

Rush orders may be accepted when production capacity allows. Please contact us before ordering. Additional charges may apply.

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be emailed after your order has been packaged and shipped.
