Naomi & Pearl makes our cookies, candy apples, and other desserts to order. Because our desserts are prepared for each order, processing and shipping times may vary based on product type, order size, production capacity, destination, and weather conditions.

Ordering and Business Hours

Our regular business hours are Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We generally accept orders through Wednesday, subject to production capacity and product availability.

Naomi & Pearl is closed for regular business Thursday through Saturday. We remain available by email and for previously arranged order pickups during those days. Email inquiries may be sent at any time to sales@naomiandpearl.com and will be answered as soon as reasonably possible.

Shipping Schedule

Orders normally ship on Fridays and Mondays. Shipping dates may be adjusted when necessary because of production requirements, carrier schedules, holidays, severe weather, or other conditions that could affect the safe and timely delivery of your order.

A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Naomi & Pearl.

Nationwide Shipping

Naomi & Pearl ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and carrier service selected or available for the order.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Warm temperatures can affect certain desserts during transit. From May through October, ice packs are available for an additional charge when appropriate for the product and shipment.

Ice packs are intended to help reduce heat exposure during transit, but they cannot guarantee that a package will remain cold throughout delivery. Customers should retrieve delivered packages promptly and bring temperature-sensitive desserts indoors as soon as possible.

Weather and Carrier Delays

Naomi & Pearl may delay shipment when severe heat, storms, carrier disruptions, or other conditions create an unreasonable risk to the quality or timely arrival of an order. When practical, we will communicate with the customer about a significant shipping adjustment.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Naomi & Pearl is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or packages that are not retrieved promptly after delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. Pickup details and timing will be confirmed with the customer. Previously arranged pickups may be available during days when Naomi & Pearl is closed for regular business. Please contact us before arriving for pickup.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Storage After Delivery

For best quality, follow any storage instructions included with your order and keep desserts protected from excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture, and other conditions that may affect product quality.

Naomi & Pearl operates in accordance with applicable Virginia food laws and regulations administered by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), as well as other applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
