Refund Policy

Oh No! Damaged Chocolate and Sweets

If you receive a product in unusable condition for reasons other than temperature extremes, contact us within 24 hours of verified delivery. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be honored. Please include clear photographs of both the shipping box and the damaged items. If the product has been discarded, we will not be able to issue credit or a replacement.

Helpful Tips:

  1. Take a photo of the outside of the shipping box (helps us see carrier damage).
  2. Remove packaging and photograph your sweets inside the box before removing them.
  3. Take a photo of each packaged item once removed from the box.
  4. If your sweets come in a box, open the lid and photograph them inside. Please do not eat or touch the items until photos are complete.
  5. Email your photos and request for refund or replacement to sales@naomiandpearl.com.

Important: Due to the delicate nature of our chocolate, if shipments are refused or not received at delivery, we cannot guarantee product quality. If your shipping box shows visible carrier damage, please notify the carrier directly as well.

Custom & Perishable Orders

All Naomi & Pearl desserts are made-to-order and perishable. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production begins—typically within 24 hours of payment—sales are final and non-refundable. This policy complies with Maryland COMAR 02.01.05 regarding refund disclosure for custom, perishable goods.
