We are happy to present our French King Cake better known as the Galette de Rois. In late December in Paris, France, pastry shops begin baking this delicious treat in preparation for Epiphany - January 6th. The Galette de Rois is made of two layers of puff pastry then stuffed with a sweet nut cream. We insert our edible "baby" which is made of baked cookie batter. A golden crown comes with your cake to "King" or "Queen" the finder of the baby!
